Support for people living with HIV - Community, food, friendship & peer support

Come & meet us at Brighton Pride 2019!

Lunch Positive Brighton Pride 2019 Community Cafe
We will be running a Community Cafe in the 'Market Area' at Party in the Park on Saturday 3rd August from 12.00pm until the food runs out!

Come along for affordable, nutritious food including  burger, salad and side / veggie and cheese melt flatbreads for £5, homemade cake for £2, and soft drinks for between £1 and £2 including tea and coffee.

We have supported Brighton Pride since we were founded in 2009. Every year we host a pop-up Community Cafe, where we sell delicious, nutritious and affordable food and raise awareness of what it is like to live with HIV.

Last year 20 of our volunteers devoted over 100 hours to prepare, cook and serve food on the big day – as well as clean up afterwards! We would love it if you say hello to us in Preston Park and show your support for Lunch Positive.

The funds raised by our Community Cafe are vital to help us keep going for the rest of the year, as are donations made to The Rainbow Fund which are distributed to organisations working with the LGBTQ community. If you can’t make it to Party in the Park but would like to make a donation to Lunch Positive to celebrate the spirit of Pride you can do so here. We are grateful for all support!
