Words for Wellbeing Workshops – Living with HIV

Six weeks: Wednesday 10th April to Wednesday 15th May 2024

Lunch Positive is launching a pilot programme of six wellbeing workshops for people living with HIV in Sussex.

The series of six enjoyable workshops will focus on reading and listening to poetry and memoir by and about people who have lived with HIV.

Workshop participants will have the opportunity, through guided exercises and prompts to write about and share their own lived experiences.

Support is provided where needed throughout.

The workshops will be facilitated by poet, editor and educator, Simon Maddrell, a member of Lunch Positive who thrives with HIV in Brighton & Hove.
