Brighton & Hove’s World AIDS Day charity concert

World Aids Day 2020 Lunch Positive HIV Brighton
Lunch Positive are the nominated charity for this year’s concert, which followed the World AIDS Day Digital Vigil.

A big thank you to the singers who took part and to those who have donated and continue to donate to Lunch Positive. Every donation helps us carry on connecting with those affected by and to raise awareness of HIV, to educate, and to fight stigma and discrimination. As ever, donations can be made here.

Usually the concert takes places at St. Mary’s Church, Kemptown. Covid-19 restrictions meant that this year the concert was presented digitally.

We hope you enjoy this clip from the concert, introduced by Alistair Appleton, of BBC’s Escape to the Country, as we remember those lost and celebrate their lives on World AIDS Day.
